The neighborhood of New Brighton in Ramsey County Minnesota is a safe and quiet one…usually. Except for the evening of May 5th 2014 when gunshots rang out on Knollwood Drive. What had begun as a minor disagreement over feeding deer, would ultimately end with murder!
